Mr. Brennan parlays his professional experience—as both a practicing architect and a real estate investor and analyst—and his extensive relationships with architects, builders, city agencies, and community groups to develop residences of the highest quality, aesthetic relevance, and enduring value for his clients and the local community. Mr. Brennan has lived in Brooklyn with his family for the last 13 years.
